Who knew this thing still existed? ;) I've not only been neglecting it, but I've completely forgotten about it - untill today, that is, because this is the first time in months I've been depressed. I started wondering lately, have my blues gone away with my puberty, or was it something else, and then it hit

Yoy've probably heard of autumn depressions. It may not be autumn any more, but the point is that when it's dark large parts of the day, some people feel down. It's more common further north, but still. We need the sun to feel well. Christmas is angsty for a lot ofn people too, be it because of family issues, or because of all teh stress with preparations and buying gifts, who to buy them for, etc. In either case, it's getting lighter now, and christmas is over.

I usually get kind of bummed out around this time, too. The holidays are always so stressful and emotional ...and that usually means sadness as well as joy. Still, like Dour says, gotta keep truckin' ^_^ Keep on going because things will get down, but they'll go up too. Enjoy the good, and endure the bad, because good will roll around again.

Everyone's stressed, broke and down about the weather this time of year. Plus there's the tension of having to bite your tongue around relatives because it's Christmas.

*huggles* Just feel better, my love. The same thing happens to me. As la_gleep said, the sun helps people in many ways, staying happy is one of them. That and Christmas is like, the most stressful holiday season, no matter who you are.

^^; and I swear to you, your package *will* be sent soon!! I'm trying to presure my mom into taking it tomorrow to the post office.
