There is a bathroom in the captan's cabin =) People usually notice it after buying a hamster, since the bathroom door looks like a simple wall and you have to stand really close for it to open.

Like said it is a part of Shepard's cabin. Don't feel bad, I had no idea it was there until I bought the Space Hamster either :)

The only thing you can really do in there is flush the toilet.

I got the impression he had problems with the moist air, not water itself. So a warm but not steaming-hot shower shouldn't throw him into a fit; may even wash the toxins off his skin enough for Shepard to, erm....
