Whoops Jaime's less than ten comments away from 22k, I have a flimsy excuse for a meme.
ASK A QUESTION it can be anything CFUD related, OOC, IC, First Impressions, Relationship, psychology, thoughts, whatever. i.e. My character's opinion of your character or maybe what you have been wondering about this behavior or that, or general thoughts on my

their convo during fourth wall was kind of awkward and he's not really sure how to handle her because she's a type of nosy that makes him nervous all around. the ability to let people know on his own terms is important to him so aaaat this point he's still trying to get a solid read on her and a little reluctant to let her get too close. he doesn't feel the most okay about her living with them atm but he won't go and kick her out because well gosh that's rude. :(
what does Terezi find weirdest about human culture?

...I can't think of anything she still thinks is weird... She's been around humans way too long. The part where you don't grind up your babies to make art supplies is kinda weird?
Do your characters interact "off screen"? If they don't, how would it go if they did?

AND NOPE because I'm lazy and Jaime would probably hate Conrad because he's kind of a jerkbag half the time and he doesn't really have the patience for that. SO. POORLY? Jaime and Sollux have probably at least met, since he goes to the hive sometimes. I don't think they would have talked too much. Jaime thinks of him as Karkat's friend who's kind of weird and uh is he wearing mismatched shoes on purpose? Sollux doesn't really get why Terezi picked a human for a moirail but w/e if she's happy then good for her I guess.

BUT Jaime is the type of person who does well with authority figures (for the most part) and camp isn't really a place with tons of people willing to actively act as one. back home his family especially has been a huge source of support with everything going on. being in camp for as long as he has and being expected to find that primarily in your peers is... okay, but it's not even close to the same thing. so, I don't know. it's kind of nice to have someone around who seems pretty okay with listening (and sharing) from a point of experience and that he knows would probably give him a lecture if he really fucked up. even the way he reacted to being told about everything kind of reminded him of his parents ("there's this weird thing in my spine" "well you should see a doctor about it before anything") and... idk idk idk. it's something he's missed and it's kind of nice. even if it's coming from a space vigilante from the future.
ALSO I REALLY SUCK AT THE QUESTION PART write me something back

AND. SO BADLY
SO, SO BADLY
between the babs bullshit and retconning jaime's history and retconning ted out of existence and benching a bunch of my favourite characters (but every male robin gets a spotlight book!) I'm just. done with superhero comics for a while. there are lots of other things to read that don't make me sad and angry. o9"
how sick is Garrus of constantly being around all this food he can't eat :|a

Otherwise--anything new on the Relationship front, Sally?

I don't think there's been a ton that's changed recently! the scarab's been kind of freaking out at everything going on and Jaime still doesn't know how to articulate this stuff to Rico without feeling massively awkward after words come out so... I guess that's a thing? IT WILL PROBABLY ALWAYS BE A THING. idk really I just want to thread more in general, we should get on that. /grabbyhands

YES. Yes we should.

I caught Rico's thread with Vanya in her post about her superpowers, I was just wondering about more feelings on that. since he and Jaime seem to be coming from pretty opposite directions.
