Threadhopping: Is welcome, within reason~! If the thread looks to be a serious one, hold back unless you're directly involved~ Or if you ask both parties threading! =D I'm quite okay with it, though~
Backtagging: If it's only been a few days, and the backtagging is unplanned, then I don't mind at all~ If it's been weeks without planning, it might not be the best idea, unless you bring it up to me, else I might not even know.
Hugs: You certainly may if you catch him off guard! If he doesn't know you, he probably wont just LET you hug him, so sneak up if you want it! He'll probably get a bit flustered. If he DOES know you...he'll still get flustered, but it wont make him jump in surprise.
Kisses: Most likely not. He probably couldn't sleep through someone approaching him, and he definitely wont just let it happen. You're welcome to try, but don't be surprised if he fends you off!
Badtouches: Most certainly not. Especially not if he has very little idea of who you are. You have to pass the hugging and kissing stages before you can get here, and even then it's very likely it wont happen.
Relationships: Would be a must before kissing or badtouching would happen. Alas, they're generally unlikely. You're welcome to try, but he's more than likely to just stay friends with people.
Fights: You're welcome to try and pick a fight with Konatsu! He's REALLY SUPER SKILLED a pretty good fighter, though, and good at keeping himself in check. If you want to fight him, you'll just have to come at him! Otherwise he'll probably fume inwardly at your words and walk away.
Killing: This is on a case-by-case basis, but for the most part I'm going to have to say no. It would have to be a VERY GOOD REASON before I said yes to killing him. Sorry.
Injuring: Now this I can totally allow. The severity will have to be cleared with me beforehand, but I can deal with getting this cutie here hurt every so often~ =D
