Yeah time is the big key, Brandon just isn't mature enough or whatever enough to just jump in and be your friend. I think that only really works if you were friends prior to dating each other; but what do I know.

even then it doesn't work like that.
Kyle and I were friends for a very long time, but if the break up is messy or anything (and yours was I promise)... we didn't talk for a whole month. and weren't friends until 2 months after that.

Im sure you know alot. And yes it does help if you were friends before, but it isnt required....

The road to friendship is very shaky going through break-upland when the repair work is only half paid for and you're depending on a minimum wage IDOT guy to get the job done. But, never fear, for they usually finish eventually, in the mean time giving you the chance to reflect by way of a dramatically stilted speed limit - and big orange cones you're free to destroy in a fit of rage, just so long as no one's looking. God, I love metaphors.

Things'll get better.
