Pairing: Yewook, Kyuhyun/Ryeowook (mentioned past)
Word Count: 671
Theme: 095. Drowning Yesung/Ryeowook
Summary: Ryeowook’s gone and Yesung has no idea what to do. He feels like he’s drowning with no way out.
Dear Yesung,
If there’s one word to describe our relationship, it’s drowning.
You’re drowning me.
I’m drowning in love. I’m drowning in care. I’m drowning from endless kisses and hugs.
You’re no longer smothering me with love; you’re drowning me in love.
And I can’t take it anymore.
That’s why I decided to run away with Kyuhyun.
Yesung dropped the note on the floor, unable to read anymore. His heart felt like it was shattering in a million pieces.
Ryeowook, his one and only love, his soulmate, his first and only lover, has just left him. Gone away, run away with the person he hates the most, Ryeowook’s ex-boyfriend Kyuhyun.
Yesung didn’t understand. How could Ryeowook just leave him like that? And for his ex-boyfriend, the one that never truly appreciated him? The one that couldn’t love him enough. The overpossessive boyfriend that kept him locked in a virtual cage.
Why would Ryeowook do such a thing? There was no meaning behind this. Ryeowook would never leave him. He loved him. What he had with Kyuhyun wasn’t love, wasn’t even close to love, but what they have together is perfect. It’s true love and nothing is supposed to break it.
Yesung picked up the note again, trying to see if there was more to it, but each time his eyes caught that one line, he couldn’t read on.
It was just too painful for him.
Now he was the one drowning, drowning in endless pain and despair.
As he lay on his bed, curled up in a ball, the front door open. Yesung barely moved, not in the mood to do anything now that his love was gone.
“Yesung…?”
Yesung shot up like a lightning bolt and raced towards the front door. Standing there was Ryeowook, a little bruise and beaten but still he was there right before Yesung.
Yesung didn’t even think; he just walked straight up to Ryeowook and pulled him into the tightest embrace ever. He was never going to let him go now that he was back.
“Ryeowook, Ryeowook, Ryeowook…why did you leave? Tell me.”
“I-I-I didn’t leave…I was kidnapped.”
“What?!?!?!” Yesung pulled Ryeowook away to look down at him and finally noticed all the marks.
“OMG!!!!!” He picked Ryeowook up and carried him to their bedroom where he gently laid him down before going for the first aid kit. “Baby, love, what happened to you? Was this Kyuhyun’s doing?”
“Yes,” Ryeowook stared at Yesung with wide eyes, “how did you know?”
“Because he left this.” Yesung handed Ryeowook the note while he tended to his little wounds.
Ryeowook quickly scanned through the whole letter before crumpling it up and tossing it aside. He grabbed Yesung’s face and looked straight into his eyes. “You know I would never write that, do you?” Yesung kept silent. Ryeowook sighed and dropped his hands. “I love you, Yesung, and I would never leave you.”
Yesung looked away, head held down in shame. “How do I know that?”
“Because leaving you would kill me.”
Yesung looked at Ryeowook and saw the truth in his eyes. He pulled Ryeowook close to him and gently placed his lips over his. Ryeowook responded with all the love that was in him, making Yesung moan with want.
“I love you, Yesung. I love you, I love you, I love you.”
“I love you too, Ryeowook.”
Ryeowook smiled and hugged Yesung, resting his head against his chest. Yesung smiled, content to have Ryeowook back until a thought crossed his mind.
“Ryeowook…”
“Hmm…?”
“If you were kidnapped, how did you escape?”
Ryeowook smiled up at Yesung. “With the help of a friend.”
Yesung looked at Ryeowook suspiciously. “A friend?”
“Yes, a friend. Which reminds me, I’m going to have to thank him later. But after I have some sex.” Ryeowook smiled brightly up at Yesung.
“Sure. I’ll go with you too.” Yesung smiled. “I need to thank the person that gave me my Ryeowook back.”
Ryeowook chuckled and kissed Yesung, happy to be back where he belonged.
A/N: OMG angsty-ish Yewook O_O and I’m so sorry for making Kyuhyun into the bad guy but that was the name that first popped into my head that would fit the role (I didn’t want to use Sungmin) but can you believe it? I made this story up on the spot, wrote it in like ten minutes? (sorry didn’t keep track of time but seemed like it was pretty short XD) I’m slowly getting my muse back XD now if only I could think of better titles XD
Lol I just realized I already wrote a fic for this theme…o well XD it’s okay right?
Was thinking about writing a Kyumin side story to this but idk…any opinions?
