Well, I finally stopped working at the warehouse for the disaster relief stuff. I got my paycheck too, and I didn't even make that much, because my pay is so shitty. So, nothing happened. The hurricane weakened as it made landfall, and shifted westward, so all we got was a little wind and some rain. The entire city became a ghost town, everyone got stuck on the freeway and some people died, all for nothing. Well, as it turns out, I am not going back to Baton Rouge. Jason's Deli cancelled the fourth team leaving houston, and has decided to move all of the workers to Dallas. Well, I'm back in Texas, but only for a few days. Baton Rouge was heartbreaking. I can only imagine what new orleans would be like. I've seen some of the news broadcasts since I've been back, and heard COUNTLESS heartbreaking stories, some in person from people I met at the hotel, some on the radio while driving through louisiana.
