Yes my bb not-Kurt. I think his problem isn't so much that he has lots of sex (because everybody in the paraverse does, to make up for all the people not getting any in the show) but that he doesn't think there's anything to be had of relationships past that. He's supposed to reflect Kurt's romantic finger-touching attitude and he's taught himself to believe that feelings have nothing to do with sex so he doesn't know what to do when he has them over someone he's having sex with, like not-Finn.
