Phew.. first workout on Power90.. Only made it through 20 minutes of the aerobic set.. didn't have the energy to go through with the abs (maybe when I get home from work I'll give them a go) .

Feeling not too bad...  looking forward now to a hot shower to clean up then  heading off to work... 

A couple of friends, my dbf and I went to see this last night.

I must say I was thoroughly entertained.  I had heard from some folks who didn't think it was as funny as the first, but I thought it was a riot.  One of my friends felt the need to restrain me verbally, as I was so entertained I was bouncing in my chair.
