An uncle once commented about how i live my life. He said that I revolve around a small world. I knew he was commenting on my staying home all the time. You sound like an introvert like me. It's hard to deal with people who don't understand the way we work, and it seems they always go out of their way to make how we live sound weird or wrong. The only thing to do is to continue living life the way we want to. It's your life, not his, so why should you live it the way he thinks you should?

Awesome journal entry! And the other great thing about books is that they can take you back in time, to places that you wouldn't get to experience even IF you had the money to travel anywhere you wanted to. I'm reading "The Shining Company" by Rosemary Sutcliffe, and I'm totally in Britan, after the Roman Legions have left and King Arthur has died...and the many different British clans are about to unite against the invading Saxons...I mean, how cool is that? There's a book out there for everybody. And for people like you and me, there's thousands. Who has time to waste doing other things, when there's so many books that need reading?! ;)
