So disappointed Theo Fleury's quote didn't make it into this list. I mean, there's insane, and there's maniacs, and then there's a bag of weed roughly the size of a toddler.

When I think of how densely packed a bag like that would probably be, given the nature of smuggling and illicit commerce, taped and tied into something akin to a hay bale, it is frightening.
