Adulthood - that transition from funfair to unfair

I'm not going to go into a big rant about what's been happening in the real world lately - Paris, Beirut, basically anywhere where there's people - because I'm personally sick and tired of reading people's half-baked opinions on social media. I need to see The Lobster! Such an amazing cast list!

I keep meaning to watch London Spy, but haven't gotten around to it yet. I just want to see more Whishaw!

'The Lobster' cast is brilliant, I recommend it for that alone.

There's no such thing as too much Ben Whishaw, right?

I watched the first episode of London Spies and I'll try to catch up with later ones next week.

It starts very slowly, no spying, no thriller-ing, nothing like that, just this relationship between two men, one of whom happens to be a spy (and even though the other has apparently worked this out, he hasn't worked it out). No spoilers but it changes gear about 45 minutes in and I think it'll turn more spy/thriller in future episodes. Yes, there's one scene that's a bit nasty but all things considered, no, it's not particularly gory.

I've heard trailers for Lobster on the radio. Is... is it a real film then?

I still haven't got round to watching London Spy - I might marathon it when it's completely finished. I saw Mark Gatiss was in an episode, and I have another soft spot for Mark Gatiss, so that might sway me too.

Haha, yes, and actually not bad.
