I don't know who she is (though I've seen her name pop up often enough in my flist), but Alzheimer's is Alzheimer's. How very sad for her, her family and friends, and her fans.

At least she seems to be handling it the best way she could and she has plenty of time yet to get her affairs in order.

Terry is a guy, and he is the most creative, witty, amazing writer since Shakespeare, in my opinion.
