~My wisdom teeth are coming out next Wednesday. What a perfect day for teeth pulling. So I'll be skipping two days of work next week, and I'll be making up my day in the Gift Shop on Monday.

~Tomorrow, Mom, Grace, and I are going to see the Legally Blonde sequel. I haven't even seen the first one (especially since I despise that sort of movie. ( Read more... )

You can still work and stuff. I had mine out when I was 18 and hardly noticed a thing. People over exagerate it so much it's freaky. I suppose 30 years ago it was a big deal but it really isn't one now. Just remember not to suck the clot out or you end up with a painful dry socket.

"Enjoy your chick flick." Haha, what kind of crap is that? LB really isn't a chick flick. I saw Legally Blonde [the first one] on New Year's at Skylar's house [with girls AND boys], and I had this "Holy shit why are you making me watch this?" kind of attitude. I wanted to watch Fight Club or Akira or basically anything else. Buuuut... it turned out to be a really funny movie. Nothing fantastic, but as far as modern non-independent flicks go, it was all right. Das all I gots to say, yo.

Legally Blonde is a classic Hollywood movie. If they'd made it in the '30s, it would have Katharine Hepburn and Spencer Tracy in it. If Monroe had been in it, it might have been How To Marry A Millionaire

I'm no fan of chick-flicks, but like singsoftlytome I was pleasingly surprised by this one.

~I saw the second one and I agree. I thought it was really cute. I don't care for chick flicks either, but I was pleasantly surprised.

~Ad for classic film-making...I was referring more to epic films such as Ben Hur and Lawrence of Arabia.
