one time my hair was pink and i tried to dye it blond from one of those box colors from like walgreens.
doesnt work! only on roots. and people kept asking me if i was irish?

anyway- the only way to go completely blond is bleach. bleach is awful and the worst thing you could ever do to your hair. remember when i was all blond? my hair is still re-cooperating. :(

I agree with him. It needs to go. That's what I ended up doing with mine. And yes, you both need to cut your hair. :)
