I think this week I finally reached the point where I feel like a burden. I normally hate to inconvenience people, but I have had no other choice this time. For the most part, I know that my true friends would be willing to help. And help they have. I have been very grateful for all their kindnesses. We are never a burden to those who care for us, no matter the situation. I'm sure that if you look closely into your own past, you'll find many times when you helped out a friend in need. It always comes back to ya.

As for the whole dog situation, I'm sure that there are soooo many dog lovers around that you could charge people to walk your dog and they would still do it. Even I felt my heartstrings tug when I read about it, as I shall soon be down to one dog from two dogs and cat not a month ago. As I said once before, sometimes life sucks. But only sometimes.

Yeah, I have to keep reminding myself of the fact that if it were one of my friends in the same condition, I would be there for them for whatever they needed. Sometimes that is easier to remeber than other times.

well another way of looking at it is that if your friends are all willing to help out, then it's probably because you're a worthwhile friend to have... they wouldnt bother if you weren't!
You'll be back to your old self eventually... it may take some time but you will. Keep the sunny side out mate :)
