This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.

Backtagging: If someone explains this to me, I may be able to answer it. My apologises for my ignorance. ._.
Threadhopping: As long as you tell me and it’s clear what is happening. :)
Fourthwalling: If you’re able to make it not look odd, sure.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Taking an argument or discontent of my way playing Blast Off to an anon meme which equals talking behind me back. I also don’t look at these memes or communities, so if you want to tell me something, do it via mail or PM. I’m able to take criticism, but I don’t react well to anon wank.
Anything else… I don’t play sticky-smut. Óo But I’m not offended by it, I just don’t play it, and I consider Blast Off not having these kind of interface hardware.
Also, I rather play him with the Dreamwave paintjob and transformation sequence, which is more toy accurate than in the G1 cartoon.
I’m not a native speaker, but try to stick to British English spelling, so the additional “u” in some words is not a mistake (except when it is, of course, but I try to avoid mistakes. ._.)

Hugging this character: Rather not. He doesn’t like to be touched.
Kissing this character: During interface it’s okay now and then.
Flirting with this character: Uhm, sure, you can try, but Blast Off is pretty much ignorant to intermech communication and/or non-verbal communication.
Fighting with this character: Sure, but if it starts with an argument, Blast Off will probably just walk away.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes, but please tell me beforehand what you have in mind, so that I have a chance to say “No, that’s too much” etc.
Killing this character: No.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: *copies* Yes, but only Soundwave and please tell me beforehand what you have in mind, so that I have a chance to say “No, that’s too much” etc.
Warnings: Blast Off doesn’t like to be touched. Blast Off doesn’t like talking, doing it, and being talked to; he also doesn’t like loud company, if company at all. In short, he’s antisocial and complicated; he mostly lacks empathy and social skills, which leads to him saying the blunt truth most of the time. If he doesn’t like anything, he ignores it and rather walks away than starting an argument or even a fight. Where is the point in wasting time on anything like that anyway?
Blast Off values insentient things more than people, though he also is disgusted by most organic beings.
Like said before, Blast Off’s interfacing method is plug’n’play only.
Uhm… and that’s it, I guess? Though, please, even if Blast Off is a blunt, cynic and antisocial aft-head, I’m not. So, don’t take anything he says IC personally. ._. I’m actually pretty nice (that’s what I've been told).
