Do you think if I tell my teachers "everytime I sit up I feel the overwelming urge to slit my wrists" they will finally give me a fucking excused absense?

Im feeling very unstable right now...I dont really know who to talk to. Or what I would even say. Thats a first for me, and I think its whats scaring me the most.

no...you have to get a doctor's note...that what my teacher in second grade told me when I had a tummy ache...

What kind of Dr. is she? Cause I already have two psychologists and a psychiatrist.

I just have depression. Not seasonal, just always.
