It's bloomin' cold here - I had to scrape ice off the car to take Riddle to the vet for his annual vaccination. Luckily I remembered last year and wrapped the basket in a dustbin sack so that when he peed to show his displeasure it didn't get to the seat

We have freezing rain this morning. The dogs skidded on the deck trying to go out to pee. I think if we were smart we would teach cats to ride in the car when they are small. Some do so well and others howl and puke and pee and poo and act out in so many ways.

St Jude. I have a friend, Italian Catholic, who buried a picture of St Jude in her back yard when the house wouldn't sell. Of course it sold, but I can't be sure it was because of St J.
