I always have to do some painting where they've put posters up this time there's not much (a chimney breast for example) but the shower room need a complete redecorate and the bathroom ceiling is a mess (too many showers being taken) Somebody (probably parents) has worked very hard cleaning the place.
Tuition fees are a scandal imo - rich brats pulling up the ladder behind them
at least your tenants stay for most of a year...I know about painting, though. Maybe you could get non-traditional students to live there, or Japanese who will be more tidy.
