I think this was brought on by Mike's postings. His amazing words of "educate yourself" ring so awkwardly in my ears. So wierd. I think for the majority of the world, we should know what is going on--obviously, we have to live here too! Still, I can't help but be pessimistic about my personal viewpoints in politics. Thank the Lord God above (Amen) for people who are not complacent sheep who ignore things while their country goes down the shitter. We are world citizens... its about time we realized. P.S.: read my newest entries. I seriously want to cry.

Have you ever seen the movie Salt Lake City Punk? He points out in the end that to fight the system you must fight from within, as you have said. And how true it is. Then again, how strong a character it takes to spend the required amount of time and effort, possibly years of hard work, to be in a position from where it is possible to truly fight the system. I could wish for that level of strength and ambition, but I doubt I'll ever really find it. I became weak and gave it up as a lost cause, until realizing that it is more dangerous to become one of them and feign innocence until you reach a more harmful vantage point from which to strike their weakest point. Presently I am on my way to becoming the best I can at whatever it is I am to become, and then I will seek ways of fighting-improving their miserable system.
