I don't know why I know them, but looking through the lyrics I'm thinking I've heard something that had a sample of the phrase "Self-inflicted" played in clubs. Since that's an album title, that might be it.

(apparently it's actually leæther strip, oddly enough)

yes it is. i was never really "into" them, and their albums were hard to find, anyway.
