[ooc: Backdated to just after his
encounter with the Valeyard]
[if anyone happens to be walking in the correct area out in the midst of the Plane, they might just come across Oliver, lying on the ground in an ever-growing pool of black blood. he is shivering, quite possibly from blood loss, and staring up with a rather alarmingly blank expression. he's either too traumatised to be aware of his situation or has gone into shock, neither of which is a particularly good option because, even though he is still in a hospital on Gondovan, he's too far gone to think clearly enough to drop from the Plane now]
[instead, he is simply lying there. there is a harpoon sticking out of his left shoulder, the shaft bent at the end to prevent Oliver from pulling it out himself and a piece of rope still attached. it is that wound that is causing the blood to puddle around him, but anyone with an eye for detail would also notice his left hand--his fingers are slick with blood and bent at several different wrong angles, all but the thumb broken. Oliver himself makes no sound aside from several small whimpers. his eyes are unfocused but wild, as his mind is still caught up in the nightmarish memories of the Doctor's worst moments that the Valeyard forced upon him]
