He was sitting on the steps of the library, looking a little bored. He never got an ID - foolish thing to do with his background and physical structure - and had been spending his time searching for resources and victims. He was going to need an alternative food source sooner than he'd thought, but the victim search was hard to do without actually speaking to them and figuring out how powerful they were.
There was enough time for that too, however.
