Can Crowley Detect Evil: Yes! Ciel's a pretty evil kid on his own, but on the level of extremely sinful humans. However, he has a Faustian contract with a powerful demon, so Crowley will probably be able to detect that; a sense of evil/demonic power that doesn't quite originate from Ciel himself, but it's all over him.

Can Crowley Detect Evil: Not really, I think? Batou's in a distinctly morally grey zone along with the rest of his world, but while he's callous a lot of the time and can even be cruel, he's not really evil, and he has flat-out good motives, at least, a good deal of the time.
Can Crowley cause small technological annoyances: Section 9 has very good security. If you really want to, I'm up for it, but it may be more trouble than it's worth for Crowley.

Can Crowley Detect Evil: Well...she's a witch and not just a magic user. She's the daughter of the most infamous witch in her world, Flemeth. A woman who made a deal will with a demon for power and eternal life; this basically ended with Morrigan's ma living in the same body as a demon and sacrificing her many daughters to gain eternal life. And both Morrigan and her mother have histories of definitely Not Nice things so...probably yes? I'm not quite sure but I'd be surprised if there wasn't at least a small ping.

Can Crowley Detect Evil On Them?: Ten's a complicated one (you'll find that... all of my answers will be this, sob) because while he is brave and morally good and good-intentioned and noble and all of that, and considering all he's been through and how long he's lived generally sticks to those principles - especially the one of never carrying a gun and trying to find a non-violent solution - admirably... there is a large and terrifying dark side to the Doctor, one he's scared of himself to the point that he often thinks of himself as a worse person than he really is. He has done some awful things in his life, mostly because of the Time War - using the Moment to end the war by committing double-genocide on the Time Lords and Daleks, for example, not to mention the other times he's been forced to cause death either in the war or out of it, and he does have some darker urges inside him. But he's also burdened with a lot of guilt for every time he does something morally wrong. SO, TL;DR, I'm gonna say

So Box and I had this idea for how to introduce Crowley face-to-face with Sam. Basically if Sam's at Aziraphale's for tea and Crowley pulls up and senses LUCIFER and freaks out and it'd just be omg hilarious.
