Am I the only one that never realized there was a happy hardcore chapter 8. Anywayz, I downloaded it and I am listening to it now. It has the more mature sound of the later cds so far. Still fast and happy and trancy. That is the way I like it best. Its better than the baseball theme music of chapter 1

according to wikipedia "happy hardcore" as a genre basically doesn't exist anymore, its morphed into the more trancy hinrg stuff like chapter 8 (which I generally prefer too)
