i've never tried maxwell's chicken rice. i think i went there twice (once before it was renovated and once after) but it's always so crowded, gah. i like chin chin coz there's hainanese pork chop there too, which is aweesome good.
and i tried bak kut teh for the first time last year at some place near bugis and it was good too. hah.

yeah i think it's the bak kut teh in rochor. it's in the building which has a dbs bank and post office. i'm quite hopeless with the name, but i know they sell a lot of those buddhist/taoist items. i just know it's very near to my parents' office, so i pass by it pretty frequently.
oh the MS one! i think i've been there before! my boy tried it but i didn't. he's the one that makes me try these kinda stuff (coz i used to eat just like fast food, pasta, etc. very little chinese food unless it's xiao long bao or wantan mee or yong tau foo). i didn't even try beef noodles till last year too and same with the hainanese pork chop and uhm the hakka yong tau foo. quite pathetic i must say.
oh oh, the milk tea at the xin wang cafe at marina square is fantastic! i used to hang out there almost every night/afternoon. haha.

the western food is not bad, but goddamnit, it's so overpriced for a measly piece of fried chicken. damn.
