i know exactly how you feel...
thought i knew so much after the exams,
now i'm a first year advanced trainee...
it's back to knowing nothing again,
and not getting anything right.

I, on the other hand, knew that as soon as the exams were done, most of the information was going to fall out of my brain. We're stuck with exams that have little relation to clinical practice, which is frustrating.
*sigh* I still wish I knew stuff...
