How is what the DA did different from moving the responsibility of rape on to the victims?

This makes me extra terrified of living here. I have lots of photos of my family and friends, and some are children & some have no clothing in them, from spending time together, including the sauna, the lake, baths, etc. They have nothing to do with sex or pornography in my country and culture. However, I can never bring them to my new country of choice because of how people here might interpret them...

Why is every damn thing about sex for some people? Sometimes not having clothes on is just not having clothes on. News Flash to media and others similarly inclined: everybody, yes, EVERYBODY is naked under their clothes. So sue me.
