Another odd week

A strange combination of things has forced an odd week on me. Its a local bank holiday today. This means I am not at work, but because it isn't a national bank holiday the company at head office level had all the normal things setup for us to do. Just no staff to do it. So I was in yesterday with my manager and the duty manager trying to fix

Ha; if only we'd known! Ruth and I were in Cumbria Friday through Sunday this week, too. And, in fact, my mother was at a Cumbrian outdoors centre on Sunday. Looks like it was The Place To Be.
