Late box opening pics and some updates...

First of all, Asher and Miette's full box opening is at the end of this post... I opened them on the 15th and saw Splynter recently this thurday and saw 3D Avatar with the dolls (amazing!) Here's a pic of the current family, excluding Rath's head since I'm too lazy to find that one:

Hiiii! It was cool to meet you too. ^_^ I know, I forgot to tie his hair back at the meet, but it is now, he's looking cool. LOL, I agree, it's totally different to see people's dolls in 'doll-person' especially so you can see how big they are, like the giantly awesome EID boy! o_0

I expect to see lots of pics of your boy on here and DOA when he comes, hopefully really soon! I bet you have a stash of stuff all ready for him, right? ^^

Yeah, I've heard of many people being surprised at the size after seeing it for the first time. I guess I was already prepared and knew about how tall they'd be in my mind from looking a measurements and sizes (and all those clothes that I've bought already.....) so I wasn't too surprised over their size.

But I WAS slightly surprised about their weight. A lot more sturdier feeling than they look! :D

And man, that EID boy was HUGE! I can't imagine trying to bring him anywhere.

Yes, I hope so too. Canada post tracking hasn't been updating since the Friday. It's still on the "left country of origin and is heading for canada". Whereas Korean ems site says he arrived in vancouver on Saturday.
But nothing else. Not even a "arrived in customs" thing. ><;;

Yes, I've spent so much on things for him already!! It's unbelievable! And I STILL want more! He's got like 3 pairs of pants, 3 tops, 2 wigs, 3 pairs of eyes (only one of which I'll use), 1 pair of shoes, undies, socks. -dies-

Same for me, it wasn't really size before I got my first (since I was at a meet before I got him, but was too afraid to ask much or touch anyone else's dolls, much less hold them) I was even surprised at my second meet in November when I dared to hold an SD boy, they felt so big, really comfortable in my hands. ^_^ I love my MSDs and am keeping them/getting more, but SD and larger is the best to hold
