Vacation week

This has been a crazy but enjoyable week.   J had a conference out of town so we went with him.. stayed with my brother one night and then in a hotel the other nights.  J was wrapped up most of the days with convention stuff, and some of the nights too.. so Chels and I just sorta did our own thing for the most part and we enjoyed every second of it

Sounds like great mother/daughter time. I love that. My eight year old and I have done that this week also. Just around the neighborhood, but she loves to bike ride so we've been exploring every day. Maybe J saw someone being crass. Those conference socials can get pretty wild sometime. =D Anyway, like you said, His Loss!

I love doing things with her.. I also love it when he's gone to work early or for the week and we lie in my bed and watch TV, drink Dr. Pepper and talk girl talk.. I really enjoy her so much!

J really does have to get over that. It reflects badly on him politically and people will notice.

I hope you get over that flu bug soon, dear. Big hugs for you and Chels to help you along. None for J for being a snob. LOL.

I'm not sure what his problem is in social settings like that, but this time hurt my feelings. I really did enjoy being away from home for a week and spending lots of one on one time with Chels. How are you? Hugs right back to ya!
