A cardboard sign next to Main St in Carrboro has revealed to me that the next Hi Mom! Film Fest is September 5-6. Who's up for some films

crap, I thought it was in October sometime... I really can't ask off for more time at work. I think I might have to sit this one out. Sucks but I've taken a lot of trips this summer so I can't complain.

If you like film, yes. Like any festival, there are about 10 horrible films for every great one, so you have to sit through some real crap. But it can be worth it, because the good ones can be REALLY good.
