YEAH although I think he's bright enough that he would have noticed (or at least suspect) that he is doing it, but I really think it'd be fascinating if he was doing it unconciously and couldn't control it even though he knew and yes :3

I didn't see the raws so I have to wonder - were the speech bubbles in the raws coloured that way too? Someone else can correct me on this, but weren't different bubbles used for Noise as well?

Anyway, the speech between Oz and Leo to me suggested that Leo (...or the other personality that was animating Leo then, given the speech bubble clue) was essentially begging Oz to kill him. His expression at the end of the chapter suggested he was resigned rather than impassive, and I'm torn between "Leo has a second personality and it is the second personality that has control over the chain, but it is informed by Leo's sentiments" or "Leo is an unwilling illegal contractor, knows that his chain works on his unconscious desires and can do nothing about it and is literally fighting through the abyss's effect to have this conversation with Oz".

Yeah, the way that Leo's speech is rendered is way different to like. Everyone else ever that chapter. I wondered if it was the raw that did it, and therefore is ~a clue~

I think it's more likely to be the latter! I don't remember what Noise speechbubbles look like but I don't think Leo has a second personality. It still sounded like him, it was just him being SUPER SERIOUS SHIT IS GOING DOWN.
