So, with the disappearance of my luggage/laptop in Los Angeles last month, and with the deposit of my tax return, I am now poised to purchase a new computer. Brian, I will just say that that is what I paid for my new iBook, which I love, and I only bought to replace my last iBook which lasted for five years, and I also loved. I have similar computer needs to yours, so it's something to think about.
