Well I'm wide awake (for once) and a little bit lost with what to do right now, so I guess I'll just write some kind of introduction or something. I don't know I just wanna put something in the entry section I guess.

So... I'm reasonfalling I guess and well I've been a lurker around here for like, ever, but I was too lazy to join. Ha, but well, now ( Read more... )

EXACTLY! Finally someone gets it...
I mean all these people are complaining about how the new stuff isn't deep like it used to be! It's still really deep and all but everyone says it sounds too happy. It's like no one listens to the actual lyrics... it really bothers me...
Lifeline got me through a lot of shit with my best friend when she basically broke my heart.
Which is why I'll always love them.

Yeah I guess everyone want them to focus on peoples internal battles more than the world around them. Whish kind of seems odd to me because the world around us is a big deal, whether people notice or not.
Haha, you too huh? That song seriously made me laugh so hard it wasn't even funny.

Yeah I'm just now starting to realize how much Papa Roach has helped me over the years. I didn't even notice it till I started listening to Lifeline so much. Yeah that was a HUGE wake up call. Here I've been using this band for so many years and I didn't even realize what I was doing... ha.

Ok, so I meant to comment on this days ago but I'm an idiot who's easily distracted by shiny objects.

Anyway. I totally agree. It really annoys me when people complain if bands change their sound, you can't expect to like everything and if you don't like it then nobody's forcing you to listen. Or if they call them sellouts for signing to a major label - would they rather they stayed penniless & starving just so they can keep them for themselves and the 'original' fans. Peronally, I think it's great if bands I like start doing better, who wouldn't want people you love to be happy?

:) xo
