Pride and Prejudice

Plans to go out for dinner and a movie were never actually made, but I just discovered that Episodes 5 & 6 of Pride and Prejudice are on tonight. I'm defeinitely not going out to dinner and a movie now! I shall just have more cold potato salad for dinner, some white chocolate bullets for dessert and diet coke as I see fit. Yes. I like that plan

I LOVE that book and that author, and didn't know there was a series of it. I will have to go look for it now! Thanks for mentioning this.

It's a BBC (British Broadcasting Commission) series so I'm not surprised you haven't heard of it over there. It stars Colin Firth as Mr Darcy and Jennifer Ehle as Lizzy Bennet.

I'd chase it up for you here but the I'm in a different DVD region so if I bought the DVD's for you here and sent them over they probably wouldn't work over there. :(

Oh. The friends that I used to watch 'P&P' with years ago had a baby girl in November. They named her 'Elizabeth', in part after Lizzy Bennett :)
