I know you and I have had issues in the past, and often have not seen eye to eye. Indeed, many would suggest that you and I have gone so far as to be waging something of a vendetta. This is life, however, and we go on as well as we can.

And, of course, just souping up your backup computer enough to make it work for another year or so wouldn't work, I'll bet. Would need too many parts, might as well get a new computer outright, right?

Given it's a small form-factor Compaq with proprietary parts, it would take almost exactly as much as souping up/replacing my main computer - that is, I could probably keep the case.

(Hum. Not even that. The PSU is one of them fancy shaped propietary jobs, and lacks the plugs a newer machine would need. Ohwell - so long as I don't kill that compy too...)
