Birthday ponderances.

I feel like celebrating my birthday this year. Trouble is, I'm not entirely certain how to best do so - that it's St Patricks day tends to put me off going out, on the basis that I dislike crowds of drunken idiots at the best of times... And even the weekend before it will tend to still be filled with drunken idiocy
