My father died this morning

I received a call from my sister that my father died this morning. He got up to wash up and then get some more sleep. When he did not come out for breakfast, my mom went to check on him between loads of laundry. He had died in his sleep. He was 83. My parents had been married 57 years ( Read more... )

Oh Hun... My condolences... There seems to be so much happening in your life right now - you're being so strong and courageous that I salute you. It was nice to hear your daughter got to see something wonderful with so much going on. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. I hope that mammogram went ok today too!!
