I honestly thought Morgana was going to find out about Emrys there. It was so close. And I'm a bit disappointed that she didn't, to be honest.
Same here, though I did love their confrontation! :D
I kind of came out of this ep thinking aksjskdfjskfj I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO THINK, but the more time goes by, the more I think I loved it. My one disappointment is that the ep ended in a return to the status quo (unless you count the conversation between Arthur and Gaius) and I think this would have been the perfect ep to let something, anything happen, given how tense it was and how many close calls there were on all sorts of different fronts. And had something happened, I think I would have said it totally rocked; I guess now I'm just going to go with really liking it. *g* Because there really were a lot of scenes/choices in there that I loved.
I missed a section in the middle because my internet died, so I'm holding off on a judgement of it until I've rewatched :D But yeah, I do know what you mean. There were just so many opportunities for magic reveals or revealing Agravaine as the traitor or anything, really, and yet they didn't make any huge changes at all.
I thought that Morgana was going to find out this episode. I really did believe that the writers were going to do it. AND THEN NOTHING. Even Gwaine doesn't seemed to have noticed. :\
I hoped that too, but if the writers don't even mention Lancelot in the episode after he's gone, I doubt they'd have Gwaine being all 'oh remember last week when you did magic?'

EMRYS: I am disappointed that Morgana didn't find out &/or that Gwaine didn't find out. I REALLY THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN.

Disappointed that neither Morgana nor Gwaine discovered Merlin's magic, but for once that's my only complaint.
Favourite ep of S4, methinks.
