I love how drunk, unfiltered, incredibly warm Merlin cuts through all the pining and goes in for that hug. He might not remember it in the morning, but Arthur won't soon forget what it feels like to have Merlin in his arms and in his bed. It's just what the King wanted for yule and he didn't even know it. It's delightful.
