you are supposed to delouse it...basically put a fork over a glass with teh stuff in it and place a sugar cube on the fork and then pour very cold water over the cube. Or something.

I want to get some sometime. Maybe Ill ask pat if he wants to buy a bottle with me from overseas for his gigantic party.
