Sleepy sleep

Who sleeps where:
All 3 kids in the back bedroom.
Iris would like for all 3 to sleep in 1 big bed, but I don't think that'll work because Neil and Zinnia wake each other so much.
Convert crib to toddler bed (nobody falls out of bed anymore, and they usually get really upset when they wake up in the crib).
Move the other toddler bed from our room into the bedroom.
Iris keeps sleeping in the twin bed.

Bedtime Routine:
All 3 kids together.
Dinner - 7 pm, or earlier if we can manage it.
Get sippy cups of water ready.
Clean up hands, faces, teeth.
Overnight diaper.s
Pajamas.
Nurse Neil and Zinnia, read to Iris.
Give Neil and Zinnia small blankies to hold onto during bedtime and naptime nursing.
Tuck in, kisses, and goodnight.
Lights out (goal is 7:45 pm).
Soft music in the dark.
Stay with Neil and Zinnia and rub backs, etc. until they fall asleep.

Night Wakings:
Check diapers, change in the dark if necessary. (We have enough light from streetlights and such that I can change diapers without turning the lights on in the house.)
Back to their beds, at least until 2 am. (Hopefully we can slide this back until 5am, say 1 hr per month.) Co-sleeping in our bed is okay after that.
Offer water.
Give blankie to hold.
Nurse a little, but not quite all the way back to sleep.
Lay them down and pat/rub back a little.

Naps:
1 nap daily for twins - 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
Lunch first.
Nursing to sleep is okay.
Separate beds and rooms upstairs.
If either wakes up before 1:30 pm OR wakes up exceptionally cranky, try to get them back to sleep.
On Fridays, Iris will watch a movie downstairs during naptime.
Iris naps at preschool and needs to nap at least once on the weekends, but probably not both days.

Write down weekly how it's going and whether there are any improvements.
