I'm so excited......
Here it is the 1st of October. Our lease where we are is up on the 14th. We've given notice and will be moving this week. We are going from a cramped 970 square feet (with two 5 x 10 storage areas at Public Storage) to a 1300 square foot house with 2 car garage and yard.....so, here are some pics......
This is the front of the house. I want to do something with the bark that's out front and change it in some way with plants.

Somehow, I missed taking any pictures of the kitchen (which is 12' x 15' or thereabouts) but here's the corner of the living room catty corner from where I looked out the front door.
This will be the computer room. The window has shade because the patio roof covers there so I figure that will be best for the computers and the books.
This is the sewing room because it has a lot more natural light than the other room. So, the sewing machine will go under the window, with at least one utility cabinet there and a book case (or two). Instead of putting beds in either room, we'll get a couple of aerobeds or the like and when company comes, we'll just blow them up.
The master bedroom and bathroom. Bathroom only has a shower stall (it's not even big enough for Bruce and I to take a shower together). But the bedroom is HUGE.
Just a corner of the room
The backyard has no grass but has a lemon tree and two orange trees plus an avocado tree on the side. Need to investigate what can grow....
So, there you have the new digs....the plan is we're having someone move us on Thursday and we both want to have the condo emptied and cleaned up by Friday night.
