I watched Sliders today (if you happen to know of Sliders, don't think less of me for it, most people hate the show). It was about a world where time ran backwards. You serve life in jail. You are convicted of murder. You plead guilty. You are let go. You commit the murder. Et cetera and so forth. In this place looking backwards would be looking to the future.
