I have spent two hours writing my classroom management plan. It is a labor of love, as I know that soon I will come to regard it as my Bible when I'm in the midst of it all. Rebecca!!!!! I must confess that I have printed out your classroom management plan and I plan on sharing it with my 2 teacher daughters. They will "know" you as I do when they read it, no doubt.

Can I send Mr Big (ha, I have never used that in my journal because I consider this not so public--just for my friends' eyes) to live with you. I have a sense you would do a better job with him than I'm doing these days.

Your students, their parents, your administration will all be very, VERY blessed to have you on their team.
