Online Calorie Coutner

Nov 07, 2007 10:15

Does anyone around these parts know of a good calorie counter online where I can keep track of exactly what I'm putting in my body?

I was doing the weight watchers points for a while but lost the booklet and the slide rule in the move (LAMETARDED). So...also if anyone has an extra lying around or knows of a way to do this online all the better.

I use fitday. It's kind of a pain in the ass in some ways, like I have to enter in all my specialist veggie and low cal food, but it keeps them in a file for me.

Fitday is great for counting, but I found their recommended allotments are way off the mark for me. :) If you ignore the allotments, the counting system is faboo.

I use Weight Watchers online... it tracks everything pretty decently, but it's not free. :(
