Your pancake-sized cookies remind me of the Anzac cookies I made with some classmates back in Year 7, where they emerged from the oven as one big sheet of Anzac cookie mix. xD

Hehe I really thought they would turn out a little hgher, I followed the instructions and used an icecream scoop to form them and everything! Ah well, guess they taste the same whatever shape :)

The butter guides are really helpful! Too bad they don't have it here in Singapore:(
I recently baked chocolate chip cookies too. They're superb! Only thing was..they turned out to be pancake-sized like yours. Ahhh but it's okay cos we'll learn from it.

:) I'm not really sure what went wrong with my pancake outcome, I guess smaller and higher shaping of the cookie dough would make them be a little taller? Hmm ahh well :)
