Yesterday, was driving back to my office after having lunch with a friend. Was driving on a completely smooth road when my airbag deployed, smacking me in the face in the process. I hadn't hit anyone or anything, but the car is older - truth is it is a complete POS, but my boss thinks he is doing me a favour by giving me 13 yr. old "company car",

oh my god! i'm so glad you're okay... i've had an airbag deploy on me and it's a painful experience with friction burns and bruising, but while you were driving?! you're so lucky... *hug* you TOTALLY deserve a new car.

I will give you my bosses (who btw is also my future father in law) email, you can start a campaign on my behalf LOL. Am okay, just sore and somewhat angry over the incident, as I have been calling the car a deathtrap since he gave it to me in February.

LOL. Somehow, I think that would cause family controversy. Just a bit pissy cause I had to cancel a paid shoot because I am a slight mess - he should at very least compensate me for that...grrrrr.

wow glad you are ok. your car sounds like my truck, it's totally dying, I'm expecting the engine to fly outta the front of it kinda in a vomitting motion. >.<

I need a new car too.
